Payment Conditions


Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase otherwise order will be canceled. if you do have problems with this time period please contact us as we are flexable with customer who do communicate with us and an extensiion can be made for you.  If the item needs to be ordered this will not happen until we recieve payment.

Insurance

Insurance cannot be added to Express post items.  I will have a tracking number on hand if you wish to trace your item.

If no insurance is added onto the item and the item is lost or damaged Life Paused will not replace the item for you as we only use Australia Post to deliver our items.
if you add insurance onto the item, Life Paused will file a claim with Australia Post.  Upon approvial of the insurance Life Paused will send you the same item again.  This may take upto three months.

Refunds

Upon recieving the item if you are not happy with the item please return it to us unopened.  A refund will be given as Store Credit.  The credit amount does not include the postage amount.  The item must be the same condition as it was sent


If the item does not work correctly when you opened the box please contact us.  You will need to return the item to us.  We will replace the item for you as soon as possible and resend it to you again. This may take upto 4 weeks for you to get your replacement item if we do not have the item in stock..

If the item recieved is not damaged or works correctly no refund will be given upon us or the wholesaler reviewing the item.  If you wish to have the item returned back to you,  you will need to pay for postage back to your address

If the item is for a birthday or special occassion we please place this information information section of the order so we can take note of this.  If we believe that you will not recieve the item/s in time we will contact you with what you wish for us to do.  If this is not mentioned in the information section of the order no refund will be given if the item/s do not get recieved in time for that occassion

If you place an order for an item/s and pay for it, if you change your mind and no longer need this item.  A refund can be given but a 40% restocking fee is incured.  The refund will be a store credit which can be used at any time in the future.  Please mention this to us when placing another order.

Jigsaws do not appy to the above points  No refunds done on jigsaws which have been opened or the plastic removed.

Other Conditions

If the item does need to be ordered as it is not in stock at time of purchase we will contact you in regards to this.  The item will take approx 10 working days to get to Life Paused. This may occur as we sell our items on our home page as well.

The Express post bag we use is larger than the standard express post bag which you can purchase from the post office.  This means that we can fit more into this bag.  We will endevour to use this where possible for combined postage amounts going over 1kg.  If we use this then the delivery time for you items will be from 1 - 4 working days on avg.

Items not posted using the express post bags will arrive from 1 - 10 working days depending upon your location in Australia.  As we are situated in Perth, Western Australia our shipping time is the longest in Australia.
