Our History

We have been in business at the same location for over 20 years. Our primary business often generates surplus items that we offer on Ebay. These items range from new to almost junk. The intent is put them in the hands of someone that has a use or need for the item and can benefit from it.

Item descriptions

We provide pictures, and describe every item to the best of our ability. We often do not have the time, people, or equipment to check every function of every item we sell, nor do we always have the expertise to answer technical questions regarding specific equipment. We will answer any questions we can. We note obvious defects and any other problems when we are aware of them.

Returns and shipping

We do not accept returns on any auction item unless it has a guarantee in the auction listing. Specifics for guaranteed items will appear in the listing. We charge actual shipping cost as determined by UPS or the post office plus a packing fee of $2.00 to $10.00 depending on size and weight of item being shipped. The fee is built into the shipping calculator. Some will consider our packing fee to be high but so far we have not been able to get the shipping people to work for free and no one will give us the packing material.

We believe in positive feedback as it benefits the the auction community. Leave positive feedback for us when you receive your item and we will reply in kind at our next update.

General

Should any problem occur, give us an opportunity and we will make every effort to correct it. Since we are human, mistakes do happen from time to time but they can be resolved to the satisfaction of all concerned. Of course, there are people that were born unhappy and are likely to stay that way. We would prefer they not bid on our auctions. In our 7 plus years on Ebay, the few negatives posted were from people that never bothered to contact us to express a problem.
