1. DESIGN:If you want a different design, you can write to us through surfshop@m8r8.com.au, we will send you a file of designs for selection. If you want to have your own custom design on, please send us the design prior to bidding to confirm that we are able to achieve the same effect.
2. SPECS: The custom board order sheet will be emailed to you, all you need is to fill it in with your custom requirements and email it back to us.
3. LEAD TIME: A custom board takes about 15 workings days to make and 25 working days for freight. If you need the surfboard urgently, we can arrange express of the board direct from our manufacturer which will only take 5 working days to arrive, but there'll be an additional $100 postage cost.
4. PAYMENT: Once we confirm the order, a deposit of $100.00 as the earnest money is needed, and the balance needs to be cleared when the board is ready for shipping or pickup.

2. Pick ups are welcome via appointment, if you decide to pickup, there will be a $15 warehouse handling fee payable on all transaction.

3. Please NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS after receiving a damaged board, it's a set time from our courier company to accept damage claim. Because if not, M8R8 will not guarantee the claim will be valid.
4. Freight charges are non refundable if your item is found to be damaged in transit. The buyer must with in 7 days return item at their expense and m8r8 will replace the same or similar item and transport at its own expense back to customer or refund the purchase price less original freight, paypal and handling cost..
1. If the buyer is not satisfied 100% with our product within 30 days, the buyer can return the item back to M8R8 for a full refund of the purchase. The buyer pays for freight charges to return the item to M8R8 and M8R8 will refund 100% of the purchase price less original freight, paypal and handling cost. 2. Items returned must be in original packaging and complete. 3. M8R8 will not accept the return of used items.
4. If the Surfboard is proved to be faulty, M8R8 will be responsible for a replacement of the same/similar surfboard and the postage back to M8R8, or offer a full refund including the postage back to M8R8.
