Complete means you get everything from developer with bleach powder to mixing tub to gloves to tint brush to cap. Along with all this comes step by step instructions. Also instructions on how to do a preliminary strand test, which is always an essential part of the process.

"I wanted to make my hair white for quite a while, and I came across your 'Virgin Snow Toner' product. So I bought it and gave it a try. My instructors at hair design school said there was no way I'd be able to decolorize my hair enough to get it white. So I bleached it twice, and then applied MANIC PANIC Virgin Snow, waited about an hour, and washed it out. As you can see it turned out pure white, something that you don't see every day! I'm very satisfied with the results, and surprised even my instructors that I was able to bring a level 3 dark brown head of hair to pure white without it falling out!"

Because of the peroxide they CANNOT be sent by air. Note that the cost is a little higher but does provide tracking and insurance. We are in QLD so keep that in mind as orders to WA or TAS for example may take up to five days to arrive. Buy as much dye, makeup, clothing and toner as you like at no extra postage cost :)

Remember to shampoo out all the FLASHLIGHTNING from your hair thoroughly before you apply MANIC PANIC Hair Color. Leftover bleach residue on the hair can prevent the hair color from processing properly.
