CONDITIONS OF SALE

Buyers bid or purchase indicates that they have read and accept these Conditions of Sale.

SUITABILITY OF PRODUCT - We assume that the purchaser is familiar with the product ordered and has used this before ordering bulk containers.  We do not refund for incorrect choice or unsuitability of any product. If in doubt, your hairdresser would be able to assist you with the correct choice for your needs.
REFUNDS - Refund is only available if the item is unused, in a saleable condition and returned to us.  We are not responsible for any costs arising from the postage of the item returned. All returns should be authorised by ourselves before posting back to us - we recommend insurance is included.
SHIPPING - We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.  Our obligation ends with the parcel being posted.  WE RECOMMEND INSURANCE to avoid any disappointments.  All registered items include insurance.  Express Post and Regular Parcel Post DO NOT INCLUDE ANY INSURANCE.  We will gladly follow any instructions from the buyer with regard to postage options.  We will gladly try to resolve any problems with regards to transit issues, but do not accept negative feedback (or liability) in relation to any uninsured shipping issue.
NON PAYMENT - For any items unpaid a non-payment report will be forwarded to eBay. 

PAYMENT & POSTAGE

Please pay within 3 business days of successful bid or purchase. 
If you are waiting for other items to finish, or require an extension, just let us know.  We combine Postage, please contact our friendly team for a quote in this regard. We endeavour to despatch all items within within 2 business days after payment has cleared. SORRY:- We are unable to offer Pickup facilities.

Overseas Postage: We use the eBay Postage Calculator – so our shipping costs are the actual price paid to the Australia Post Office,  A minimal handling cost may apply to cover packaging.  INSURANCE is required.  If you opt out of the Insurance option, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.

We DO NOT mark items as Gifts/Samples.  We declare the value of the product purchased. 

Please verify the Import/Duty costs your relevant authorities may charge you.  Please do not give negative feedback about high shipping charges, these additional costs are outside our control.  We charge the correct postage, therefore our shipping/postage charges are exact and negative or neutral feedback will not be accepted for the above.
