POLICY

A refund (money returned) will be offered if the incorrect item has been sent or the item is faulty. Please read the listing because any faults etc will be detailed in the listing

The returned goods must be sent via registered mail (this is for my protection on yours because items do get/ have got lost in the post). This amount will be added to your refund.

Goods must be returned unopened / unused / in the same condition as they were sold to you otherwise a refund will not be issued nor will the registered post fee be refunded.

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of the date that will appear on the postal notification email that I send when your item/s is sent.
