MECCANO INSTRUCTION SHEET 10.1 - RAILWAY SERVICE CRANE

UK CUSTOMERS - FULL PAYMENT PLEASE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BUYING by Paypal or Postal Order for immediate despatch (usually next business days). Payments by Cheque/eCheque must also be received within 7 days for goods which will be despatched when payment has cleared (usually next business day).

NON UK CUSTOMERS -  FULL PAYMENT BY PAYPAL ONLY PLEASE (NO EXCEPTIONS) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BUYING. 

PLEASE NOTE - A polite reminder will be sent after 5 days has elapsed without receipt of payment. In all cases, if payment has not been received after 7 days then an Unpaid Items Case will be opened with Ebay if the non paying customer has not contacted me.

ALL ORDERS ARE NORMALLY SHIPPED THE NEXT WORKING DAY FOLLOWING RECEIPT/CLEARANCE OF PAYMENT.

P+P quoted rates include postage (with insurance for orders valued in excess of £40) and a packing/service charge. This varies between 50p and £2 depending on size/value of order and represents reimbursement of costs incurred in packaging and despatching of packages.

Overpayments on combined P+P will be refunded.

A refund of £1 per package for delayed postage will be paid to customers if their package has not been posted next business day following payment (see below) - except when notification of suspension of my usual fast service due to holidays, sickness etc. has been previously announced to prospective customers on my shop header.

PLEASE NOTE: THE TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS FOR GUARANTEED NEXT DAY POSTING OF GOODS IS 10PM. THIS IS DUE TO MY WORK COMMITTMENTS. ON OTHER DAYS PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED UP TO 10AM TO QUALIFY FOR SAME DAY POSTING (EXCEPT SUNDAY).

I usually quote for the least expensive Royal Mail method of carriage which is probably not the fastest. I have learnt by experience that this is what most of my customers prefer. However, i'm always happy to upgrade if I am contacted for the increased cost before payment is made.

I ALWAYS OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF POSTING.   

RETURNS POLICY - TERMS OF SALE

BUY-IT-NOW ITEMS. These are subject to a 7 day "cooling off" period during which time the customer may elect to return their purchase for a refund of the purchase price including P+P costs. 

Please contact me at tonysstore@btinternet.com to advise me that you wish to return your item within 7 days of buying and to confirm my address. It must be returned unused, in its original condition and, if appropriate, still in its original packaging, by Recorded Delivery post at the buyers expense. A restocking fee is not charged.

AUCTION ITEMS.  Auction Items may only be returned if they are not 'as described' in my listing. These goods are NOT sent on approval, so please be sure before before you bid.
