This FID (Flat, incline, decline) Bench is great for use with or without the rack. This is great

if you are working out with a friend as you can create programs that have you both utilising

the Mega Rack Package at the same time.

The bench includes 2 bonus attachments which can be removed , replaced or height adjusted in

just seconds. A stand is provided for storing these attachments when they are not in use,

helping you to maintain a safe and tidy workout space.

Leg curl/extension attachment with spring lock collars

Bicep (preacher) curl attachment.

Use the incline and decline to work your abdominals with a variety of crunches and sit ups.

PO Boxes are not OK.

If your address is not attended at the time of delivery you may be charged a redelivery fee or

We may be able to dispatch your goods to your local/regional depot. If you think this may be

All goods will be dispatched the next working day or earlier from clearance of payment. If your

delivery address is different from the one in ebay please inform us before you pay.

Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations someone must be available to help the driver

unload heavy items. If this is not possible please advise us and we will arrange for 2 delivery

people, this will incur additional costs - please inform us prior to paying for the item so that the

additional cost can be calculated and added to your postage cost.

Normally delivery is to ground floor only.

The times given for delivery are an approximation and may vary at different times of the year.
