Feedback is left after yours is received, giving you every option in case of any concerns, as communication is always the best course.  We want to be sure that you have received your package and are happy.  Your e-mails and feedback let us know.  Our viewpoint is that the transaction is not complete until you have received your item; payment alone does not complete a transaction, on eBay nor anywhere else.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this.

I do offer discount for postage of multiple items, please contact me and let me know if you are bidding on something or intending to purchase another item so I can wait and post them together.  I always try to find the cheapest postage price for you.  All postage includes packaging.  This may include bubble wrap, boxes, pre-paid satchel, tough bags, etc.

We DO NOT take responsibility once an item has left our person, which includes damage or loss through the postal service.

If you want an item insured then you need to send it Registered Post and you need to advise us accordingly prior to payment.

Registered Post costs $2.75 and includes up to $100 of insurance. Add $1.25 per $100 or part thereof for items worth more than $100.

Registered Post is at your discretion unless you pay with Paypal, then it is mandatory.  I would strongly advise that you take this up on any valuable items, if not all items.
