·         Whilst all care is taken, any omissions or errors in the item details are unintentional. 

·         Contact must be made within 3 days of auction ending and payment within 7 days of auction ending, contact us if you need more time, failure to do so will result in a negative rating.

·         Items are shipped within 48hrs of confirmation that payment has cleared , delivery is usually 1-5 working days depending on location but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (depending on location).

·         We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods, it is strongly recommended that the buyer apply for insurance.

·         For our peace of mind & to ensure you get your item our standard form of postage is Registered Mail, Express Post is also available upon request.

·         For international postage please contact us.

·         Our Postage price includes a small packaging & handling fee, by bidding on our items you are agreeing to pay this fee. 

·         We do combine postage for multiple items so please ask us for total, when auctions end.

·         We do not accept self addressed envelopes.
