Freight:
Please refer to the shipping table above for shipping and insurance cost. We will use courier to deliver this item once payment was received and cleared. Please allow 3-10 days time for delivery. Customer should notify us if they didn't receive their item in the 10th day after they received our dispatch notice.
Customer must provide us correct physical delivery address and phone number. Our courier will call before they deliver the item to make sure some one is there to receive and sign the delivery.
We recommend customers to pick the insurance choice to have peace in mind.
We offer two levels of insurance as outline below. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage during transportation if customer did not pay for insurance.
Insurance choice 1: (Cost: $10)
In case the unit was damaged during transportation. We will send our courier to pickup the damaged unit. Customer has to pay for the returning freight cost. We will then send a replacement unit of same model to customer at our cost after the damaged unit was received by us. A total lost during transportation will not be covered.
Insurance choice 2: (Cost: $30)
This option will cover everything. In case the unit was damaged during transportation. We will send a courier to pickup the damaged unit. A replacement unit of same model will be sent to customer after the damaged unit was received by us. We pay for the freight for both trip. A total lost during transportation will be covered.
Warranty:
Please note that if the unit was faulty during the 30 day period. Customer need to advise us for any warranty claim. In case there is a warranty claim, a service man will be called to repair the unit. But if there is no faulty or the faulty was due to improper installation by customer, a $65 service fee will charge to customer.
Warranty does not cover damage or lost during transportation.
Important Notice: Please install this unit as per instruction on the illustration sheet. Fail to do so will void the warranty.
