With warehouses around Australia, Milan Direct provides a cheap and efficient courier service for all our products. Your order will be dispatched on the first available dispatch day (of Tue, Wed or Thurs) once payment has been received. We use Toll Couriers and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your purchase is dispatched.

Please note that the courier service used is a point to point solution, and you will need to assist the driver at your end. If you cannot assist the driver, let us know and we can book a 2nd driver to assist (extra charges apply - email for quote).

Due to Operational, Health and Safety (OH&S) reasons we are unable to offer a pickup service, due to the industrial nature of our warehouses (i.e large forklifts are in operations and it is not safe for customers to walk around)

All our courier prices include insurance and will assure that your item arrives at your door safely.
