WEBER CARB CONVERSION

Hi this listing is for a genuine Italian made Weber carburettor and conversion kit to suit Mitsubishi Astron 2.0 and 2.6 litre engines as fitted to Tritons and Pajeros. (It also suits some Ford Couriers & Mazda B2600 - please email me for confirmation it will suit your vehicle.)

The kit includes a fully custom rebuilt and re-engineered Weber carb. All sctructural screws, gaskets, seals, needle, seat, diaphragms, powervalve, choke plunger, etc are new. The shafts are fully stripped, rebuilt and upgraded to out-perform and out-last the factory Weber parts.

This carby delivers a huge power improvement over the factory carb and in many cases can even deliver better fuel economy due to its throttle shaft design and our modifications. This is an excellent choice for offroad and commercial vehicles as we build them to deliver excellent torque properties along with power. (This is all too often overlooked yet it is critical to the carbs driveability.)

The kit comples complete with custom adaptor kit, new throttle linkage, new cable bracket, new return spring and a a custom airbox which attaches to the top of the carb to which a snorkel can be fitted. It can also be used for cold air induction or LPG. The airbox is not drilled for breather or lpg fittings so if you wish to run fittings you would need to instal these yourself. This is avery strong, solid steel airbox sealed around the mounting points to prevent leaks.

Carb is supplied jetted to suit the purchasers vehicle.

Full 6 month warranty on carburettor.

All our carburettors are covered by a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Conditions of this warranty are as follows:

*The item must be returned in the original condition in which it was supplied. Any modifications or tampering of the item will void the warranty. The item is not to be dissasembled nor modified in any way. The warranty is not transferable.

*We will, (at our discretion) replace or repair any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Damage caused by negligence, improper installation or race use will not be covered. **WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION OF ALL MECHANICAL COMPONENTS.**

*The postage cost incurred for returning any defective item will be paid by us. All we ask is that the customer pays the registered post charge to gaurantee we receive the item. Postage on international sales is at the expense of the customer.
