Should I receive no contact after 5 days I will send a reminder notice re: unpaid item(s).

If there is still no contact 7 days after item finished, I will send 1 more reminder before starting Dispute Resolution proceedings.

Returns – Provided that the garment has not been worn and is still in BNWT condition, I am happy to exchange items. The buyer will be responsible for all postage costs involved in the exchange.

Refunds – Refunds will only be provided if the garment is found to be faulty/defective or if I have made a mistake when listing.
