The book is a medium sized paperback with 365 pages including introduction, suggestions for further reading, chronology and contents.   

The book is in excellent condition. The cover and spine are largely uncreased, have minor wear to the edges and some scuff marks. The pages are unmarked and uncreased. The book is tightly bound.      

Postage 

The book will be bubble-wrapped and posted in a 500g Pre-paid Parcel Post Satchel at a cost of $5.70 to anywhere in Australia. 

I recommend Registered Post for an extra $2.80. This service not only gives a tracking number and proof of posting, but also includes $100 insurance. Just send me a message as soon as possible after the auction ends and I'll send you a revised invoice.

I will happily combine postage if you are interested in any of my other items. For $9.90 you can fill a 3kg Pre-paid Satchel. This book weighs 348g.
