I am a collector who seeks honest value for money in his philatelic pursuits and as a result goes out of the way to offer the same to others. All stamps are offered in good faith but I am no expert in the area of proofs, reprints, remainders, forgeries, fake or favour cancels, re-gumming or other anomalies, therefore if any buyer is not entirely satisfied with an item that has not been identified as a likely bogus stamp or as a postal "abnormal" then I will refund all  costs associated with the purchase.
