We offer for auction clearance, returns and overstock items. These items are classified as "New" or "Opened Box"in our listings. Those items that are classified as "New" are in sealed original packages with all accessories included. If the the packaging is frayed ,worn and retaped and the product is functional and looks to be in excellent condition it will be classified as "Opened Box". We do our best to find any defects and note them in the auction. A lot of times these items are just bought and returned to the store. Since the item has already been purchased and the retailer can not guarantee the item it comes to us. We never imply a manufacturers warranty .
The most important thing to us is customer service. If we fail to accurately describe an item up for auction, the winning bidder may return the item for a full refund,but we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. All potential refunds must be arranged within 48 hours of recieving the item.
Other than that all sales are final. We do not pay for shipping on a returned item. If you are satisfied with your transaction with us, please leave positive feedback for us and we will do the same for you. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before leaving neutral or negative feedback we would like the opportunity to resolve any issues

Payment arrangements must be made within 2 days from auction ending date. This means that you must e-mail us within 2 days and let us know how and when you are paying.
Payments must be received within 7 days of auction closing.
Payments can be made using PayPal, Cashier's Check or Money Order.
A non-paying bidder form will be issued to ebay if payment is not received and negative feedback will be left. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.
Most problems can be worked out, and we appreciate you contacting us first to resolve the issue.
