For local shipping we ship via Australia Post

·         Postage, insurance and handling charges are mentioned in the Auction.

·         All the items will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC.

Pick-up Facilities are available at our warehouse at 4/1 Culverlands St, West Heidelberg, VIC 3081, Australia

·         Goods are shipped within1-2 business days of full payment clearing and receiving your delivery details, contact information

·         Once shipped, goods will reach most areas within 1-3 business days, 

·          PICK UP IS WELCOME

·         All our shipments can be tracked (unless stated) and originate within Australia.

·         Many of our packages are sent via a next day service so you receive them quickly.

·         Your order will be delivered to the address specified in eBay between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

·         Buyer incurs any additional freight charges including redelivery or redirection.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept payment by way of direct deposit, postal money order and bank cheque only.

Bank Transfer Via Internet Banking - THIS IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Please provide the eBay user ID in the bank transfer description so we can confirm and identify your payment quickly and easily.

There are two ways you can pay using direct deposit:

1.      You can transfer payment to us using Internet Banking

2.      You can deposit funds into our account at any National Australia Bank branch

Where possible, please ensure you enter your eBay username as the transfer description.
 

Note: Inter Bank transfers may take up to 2 days to clear.

Direct Deposit in person at a bank - please email us the following:

·         BSB Number (xxx-xxx) of Bank Location

·         Date of deposit (dd/mm/yyyy)

Note:  Bank transfers and deposits can take up to 48 hours to clear

Refunds and Replacements

If the goods are defective in any way or dead on arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will be happy to replace the goods for you at no extra cost.

You must inform us first by telephone 03 9459 1158 or email bargainbikebits@gmail.com if you want to return any item.

If a refund is requested then we will refund the money paid to us minus shipping costs including return postage.

Refunds can only be processed once all the goods are returned in original packaging.
