Items damaged in transit are to be returned to our depot at the buyers expense; We will send a replacement item at our expense. Our insurance policy states that costs involving transport will not be covered.

Warranty:

Warranty is for a period of 60 days, if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorized repairer, warranty will be void.

We will replace your item if it is found to be faulty upon arrival. Fault must be reported within 48 hours and Item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of despatch.

When picking up an item please make sure to check it carefully as we will not be liable for any damage while item is in transit.

In the event of a fault of a part or product, we require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. We will examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty.
