WE OFFER A 60 DAYS NO-HASSLE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY ON ALL ITEMS, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED OR INDIVIDUALLY MARKED DIFFERENTLY*. Hairproducts.com wants you to have a great shopping experience and be fully satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return within 60 days of your purchase receipt date. You (customer) will be refunded less any applicable shipping costs and a 10-15% administration restocking processing fee. You (customer) are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. If return is the result of our error, there will be no administration processing fee and we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to correct the error, as needed.
Note: *All SALES ARE FINAL for Select Brushes and Combs and All Chemical and Supplement type items such as Shampoos, Conditioners, Soaps, Liquids, Creams, Lotions, Oils, Vitamins, and Similar Items.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us within 60 days of receipt. To exchange an item you are responsible for all shipping costs both ways. There will be a 10% administration processing fee for all exchanges. If exchange return is the result of our error, there will be no administration processing fee and we will pay for shipping both ways or find a mutually suitable resolution to correct the error, as needed.

CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS
Before returning an item, you will need to fill out a RAF (Return Authorization Form). You may contact us to request a RAF at returns.hairproducts.com. Failure to use an RAF when returning item/s, may result in loss, delay or refusal of return.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERED PACKAGE
We do not encourage refusals of packages at anytime. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all refused packages and Customer will be charged shipping fees both ways when shipping to Customer and back to us. If package is lost, Customer will be responsible for complete order purchase.
IN GOOD FAITH INSPECTION OF RETURNS
We reserve the right to evaluate and inspect all returns, in good faith, and approve or disapprove the return based on our return policy guidelines.
AFTER 60 DAYS
After 60 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, you may contact the manufacturer of item/s to consider their warranty or satisfaction guarantee. If your matter has still not been resolved, please contact us, we will try to assist you further.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
All orders will be shipped either by UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on availability and other delivery factors. If you would like your order shipped by a specific carrier, you must contact us in advance.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING GENERAL
All “in stock” orders including expedited orders which are received by 12 Midnight U.S Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. “Business Days” (Do Not Include Saturdays & Sundays). Orders are typically shipped out the same or next day on most occasions.
HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS
Orders placed over a Holiday, Late Friday or a Weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed and shipped the following business day/s.
MILITARY APO/FPO
We can only use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship to Military Addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND OTHER FEES. Shipments outside of the U.S may be subject to fees such as import customs fees which include Customs, Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees and other similar fees. These fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier in your area, and are NOT collected for our benefit. These import fees are not a part of our shipping charges. You the “importer” will be responsible for all fees which may be imposed by your Country Customs Laws.
GENERAL CARRIER DELIVERY TIMES IN U.S
- Ground or Standard Delivery in the U.S may take 1-6 business days depending on area being delivered to.
- USPS Priority Mail may take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on area being delivered to.
- USPS Military Address APO/FPO may take 7-10 days to arrive depending on area being delivered to.
