All our carpets come with a drivers heel mat wether left or right hand drive.Our heel mats are manufactured by us using TWO   layers of a PVC vinyl welded together giving it maximum strength and durability

• All of our carpets are heat pressed from moulds created from the vehicles original floor pan, this provides the best quality and fit, for both Sedans, and Wagons, Utes.

Knox Auto Carpets are Australia’s largest supplier and manufacturer of moulded car carpet. We have over 26 years experience in the industry and have over 200 models of Australian and imported vehicles to choose from in our extensive range.

We manufacture our carpets in our own manufacturing facility from a range of yarns which we import from all over the world, from countries as diverse as Spain and Japan. As a carpet manufacturer we supply most of the Australian aftermarket industry with their automotive floor coverings. In addition we export a large number of carpets to New Zealand.


The carpet is produced in one metre wide rolls which are backed with Polyethylene which enables it to be moulded to the contours of an automotive floorpan.
Superplush uses a similar construction process to plush pile but with a much higher yarn density of 1200 grams per square meter.
Superplush carpet was used extensively from the mid 1970's to the present day and was mostly used in the top model ranges. eg. Commodore S/LE, Calais, Statesman, Ford LTD etc.
