MOULDED CARPET TO FIT FALCON UTE XR,XT,XW & XY

Knox Auto Carpets are Australia’s largest supplier and manufacturer of moulded car carpet. We have over 26 years experience in the industry and have over 200 models of Australian and imported vehicles to choose from in our extensive range.

We manufacture our carpets in our own manufacturing facility from a range of yarns which we import from all over the world, from countries as diverse as Spain and Japan. As a carpet manufacturer we supply most of the Australian aftermarket industry with their automotive floor coverings. In addition we export a large number of carpets to New Zealand.

        This carpet is constructed using top quality spun Acrylic yarn and is tufted on a 5/32" gauge tufting machine at 600 grams per square metre.
The carpet is produced in one metre wide rolls which are backed with Polyethylene which enables it to be moulded to the contours of an automotive floorpan.
As its name suggests loop pile carpet is made up using many small loops of yarn which gives it its appearance.
Loop pile is most commonly used in vehicles from the 1960's up until the mid 1980's.
