RETURN SHIPPING
In case of exchange customer is responsible for shipping charges that apply to deliver item to us. We cover shipping charges of the exchange item to customer. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.

All merchandise found to be defective can only be exchanged for the same item. You must contact seller for Return Authorization number. All RMAs take 3-7 days to process after we receive defective merchandise back. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
  All Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number. Returned Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused.
