Multi-Stage Fitness Test

This is the official MSFT as used by HM Forces.

The test involves completing shuttles runs between two points 20m apart.
Starting at level 1, the test increases 1 level at a time, 1 minute at a time and by 0.5 kmph each level.
For instance:
Level 1 = 8.5 kmph for 1 minute
Level 2 = 9 kmph for 1 minute
and so on.

It is a true and accurate gauge of your personal VO2 max.

The CD includes:
Track 1 - The Full MSFT Levels 1 - 22
Track 2 - Extended FT 1 (Level 7 for 8 mins)
Track 3 - Extended FT 2 (Level 11 for 8 mins)
Track 4 - Extended FT 3 (Level 15 for 8 mins)
All tracks have background accompanying music appropriate to the level
Instructions for the Extended FT also included as are the latest 2009 pass marks for HM Forces
