·Please do not bid if you do not agree to our Terms of Sales, Payment Options, Shipping Policies and Returns Policies listed on this page.
·Entering a bid signify your agreement to these terms.
·If you have any questions, please contact us before you place a bid or use the "buy it now" button. We usually replies within 24 hours (except in weekends or holidays), and we reply via our gmail account. Please also check your "Junk Mail" folder, as sometimes the mail software/site incorrectly classified our replies as spam. ·As soon as we get your payment, we will leave you a positive feedback, and once your item arrives in a satisfactory condition, a positive feedback would be greatly appreciated.
·Please contact us if you have any questions or problems before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We pride ourselves in our customer service levels. We also believe that good communication can resolve all problems.
·There may be delay in shipment due to weekend or the local holiday, and response to email may be a little late during the same period as well.
·All sales are final, no returns will be accepted except those specifically allowed in the Returns Policy section of the listing.
·All items come with 30 days limited warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description.
·If your items arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival) or is defective (not due to misuse), you must contact us within 7 days.
We will arrange exchange/repair/return for the product. Please note that buyer are required to return the item at his/her own cost.
·In the case of returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any cases.
Payment options:
We accept Paypal only for sales to locations outside Australia.
Our paypal account accept: New Zealand Dollars, British Pounds, United States Dollars, and Euro.
Payments must be made within SEVEN (7) days after closing of auction.
Unpaid items will be reported to eBay and a strike will be placed on your account under eBay's Unpaid Item Process.
If you pay by bank deposit, please ensure your ebay id and/or item number is noted with the transaction, otherwise we will not be able to know that you have paid.

Delivery time
Seller are NOT responsible for delivery time. This information is provided
by the carrier and excludes weekends and public holidays. This delivery
time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery
times may vary, particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take
a little longer,due to local dispatch delay or other reasons, please allow
sufficient time for delivery and only contact us if you have not received
an item after 20 business days.

Return policy:
·We accept item returns only if it is not exactly as described in the listing.
·Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the items or return will not be accepted.
·Once returns authorisation is given, item must be returned within 10 days.
·Returned items must be in its original condition and packaging, otherwise it will not be accepted.
·The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
·The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be given within 10 business days.
·Please note shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
·If the returned item is found to be working, you will be charged a test fee of $20.00 and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.
