Please provide a delivery address and phone number that will be attended during working hours. PO Boxes are not OK.

 

If your address is not attended at the time of delivery you may be charged a redelivery fee or be required to collect your item from the regional/local depot.

 

We may be able to dispatch your goods to your local/regional depot.  If you think this may be more convenient for you please contact our office to explore this option energisesales@gmail.com

 

All goods will be dispatched the next working day or earlier from clearance of payment.  If your delivery address is different from the one in ebay please inform us before you pay.

 

Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations someone must be available to help the driver unload heavy items. If this is not possible please advise us and we will arrange for 2 delivery people, this will incur additional costs - please inform us prior to paying for the item so that the additional cost can be calculated and added to your postage cost.

 

Normally delivery is to ground floor only.

 

The times given for delivery are an approximation and may vary at different times of the year. Particularly around Christmas so get in early.
