Please Note – All Parcels are sent via Australia Post. We recommend you add insured/registered post to your postage amount. Is the only way to ensure delivery, the item must be signed for upon collection. We will not be held responsible for any item lost in the mail that is NOT insured/registered

If you send a personal cheque your item will not be sent until this has cleared, which can take 1 week+ and will delay posting of your item.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances only.

Exchange, Refund or Credit will be given if the goods have a manufacturers fault, or they were incorrectly described. Refunds, Exchange or Credit WILL NOT be given for simple change of mind purchases, or for incorrect sizing. If you are unsure of sizes ask questions before you bid. Accurate sizing details are given, however if you require more measurements or details email first.
