For any owner of a 7MGE motor you know you are going to need one of these at some point and this is a very good set. I know! I have this exact set installed in my cressida. Not sure if it will last forever but generally the factory gaskets lasted till about 100K so it should last about the same. I can get in Metal Headgaskets but they are about $300, they are made by HKS though so they are very good quality. They say that the metal head gaskets are a complete fix to the factory fault which causes to much compression for the standard headgaskets to hold. Another fix is apparently just using a good quality standard head gasket like the one include and torque your bolts to 72 ft pd rather than the factory 54ft.pd. I'll let you know if this method works in 99000km time. This set includes everything Head Gasket, Valve Stem Seals, Cover Seals, Cam Seals, Exhaust Flanges, Exhaust Gaskets, Intake Gaskets and about every other gasket and seal.

**UPDATE** - I finally pulled the head off a cressida which by the inside of the engine had been either flogged and/or done alot of K's the valve stem seals were extremely worn. This engines Head Gasket was fully intact as the head bolts had been done to almost 80 ft pd. The failure seems to be purely due to a water jacket passage that does not run from the block to the head. Causing slow deteroration of the area. So as a result of all this I believe the best recommendation for fixing these engines and keeping them maintained is to install any type head gasket, getting good torque on the head bolts, or ARP Head Studs (studs far exceed bolts as they provide better/true torque) which I will now be selling and most importantly using a anti-rust coolant with yearly flushes or more if you have the time as the anti-rust actually wears out.
