Hardcover  with dustjacket. Published in 1965 by Eyre and Spottiswoode
Each chapter is headed with a black and white illustration.
 
In super condition. The dustjacket is unclipped. It has two closed tears at the base of the spine, one is 1cm and the other is 3cm.
The green cloth boards are clean with no bumping to the corners. There is a presentation plate, but no other writing. The pages are clean and uncreased with no foxing or dogears.
