If you are in Geelong or Melbourne, I can send up to 20 kilograms for $8.50 including postage and packing. For the rest of Victoria, postage is $9.00 for any weight up to 1 kilogram and 55 cents per kilogram after that. For the rest of Australia, I can post up to 3 kilograms (the size of about 8-10 paperbacks) from as low as $10.50 including bubble wrap (as long as all the items fit in 1 pre-paid 3 kilo bag.
