 Old school spinners (no they dont spin) These were used in the oldschool musclecars with Steel or Alloy caps.. these bold to the caps and give a different look to the mag.
Very hard to get, now a rare item.
These are sandblasted ready for polishing (I polished one here and comes up like chrome) Speedy brand
