Frequently Asked Questions
Payment: Please make payment within 7 days. Payment must be made via Paypal. IfPlease be aware that Paypal echeques take several days (up to 8) to be cleared by Paypal.
There is no need to message your payment details to us, we will automatically be informed of your payment by Paypal.
Goods will be sent within 1 business day after Paypal has cleared your payment into our account.
Postage: Shipping will take place on the following business day after payment has been received. We post using Australia Post Regular Mail. If you would like your order sent by Registered Post, this can be selected during the checkout process.
Express Post: If you require Express Post, this option is available through checkout, however please message us if you have any difficulty. Please take note of the instant payment methods mentioned above. If Paypal echeques is used to make payment, this will delay postage by up to a week, and is not recommended if fast delivery is required.
Combined Postage: We are happy to combine postage. We reduce second and subsequent items’ postage costs by at least 50%. Petticoats and stockings are posted free when purchased with a costume. Please allow us to combine your purchases to reflect lower postage cost before paying.
Delivery times: We only ever sell items that we have in stock; this means we are able to send your order immediately (within 1 business day) after receiving your payment. Please note however, that not all Paypal payments are instant (echeques take from several days up to 8 days to clear) and Australia Post is not always as fast as we would like them to be, sometimes taking up to a week or more. These factors are out of our control.
We will send you a message through eBay messages when your payment clears and also when we have posted your order to keep you informed.
Delivery Address: We are only able to post to your official registered eBay address. This is for your own protection as well as ours. Please make sure that your registered address is up-to-date.
International Buyers: We welcome International buyers, however please note that Australia Post does not provide tracking services and payments must be made through Paypal.
Please also note that we use Australian sizing, which is different to US and UK sizing. As a rough guide Australian sizes are one size smaller than UK, and 2 sizes smaller than US sizing. EG Australian 10 = UK8 or US6. However, we strongly recommend that the measurements in listings be used to check if the item will fit, as we do not guarantee that our sizes will accurately convert to international sizes.
Returns and Refunds: Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange or refund any items that include intimate items such as g-strings. Please read the listing carefully. Great care has gone into ensuring that the measurements listed are correct, you will need to be within the measurements given (some costuming does have some extra allowances). If in doubt, please message us and we will be happy to assist you.
If for some reason your item is faulty, we will of course refund or exchange, which ever you prefer (and as long as there is stock for an exchange).
Customer Satisfaction: It is highly important to us that you are thrilled with your purchase from us. Given this we will do everything we can to ensure that your transaction with us is satisfying and rewarding so that you will want to come back for more. If there is any reason at all that we have not met your expectations, please contact us so we can rectify this.
