Shipping/Returns



All items will be shipped by the method we select to suit your location. These methods include Australia Post, Australia Post E-Parcel, TNT Road Express, Direct Freight and Couriers please. The carrier used is completely our decision and will not be discussed unless something is pre-arranged before the purchase.

We will do our best to have all items out within 48 hours of the payment (cleared payment). If there is any special delay we will consult this with you.
We will accept any returned item within 30 days. Refund will not be given unless we send the wrong item. All returns will receive store credit to the equal amount. Any cash refund will incur a 15% handling fee due to eBay listing fees and seller costs. Any item returned must not have been used and MUST be in original condition. Return instructions on the back of the invoice must be followed.

Shipping

Q. How much is the shipping cost on this item?
A. Please click on the shipping calculator button in the item description and enter your post code and suburb and it will calculate the shipping cost for you. 

Q. Can I buy multiple items and combine shipping?
A. Yes, you will be charged the full shipping rate on the largest item and then approx 50% of the shipping rate on other items.  Our check out system will calculate the final shipping charge for you.

Q. What freight method will you be using?
A. Where possible we use Australia Post E-Parcel.  That is a registered service that requires a signature.  If there is no-one at the address at the time of delivery they will leave a card and you can pick the item up from the post office.  A number of our items are too large for this service and they are sent by Courier Services.  These items cannot be sent to PO Box’s and it is best to have them sent to an address where there is normally someone to receive it during business hours.  They will also leave a card if there is no-one to sign for the item. 

Q. Can I request to have the item left without a signature?
A. No, we cannot do this as we require proof of delivery on all items.

Q. Can you send my item express post?
A. No we can’t as there is no signature or insurance on express post deliveries.  If you need something urgently please contact us as we may be able to use a different method.

Bidding/Buying

Q. Can I cancel my bid?
A. Yes, if the item is still running please follow the instructions in the Ebay help pages.  If the item has already ended you can cancel your listing by paying the re-listing fee and final value fee we have been charged by ebay.  There is also a $3 administration charge.

Q. Is there a buy it now price on this item?
A.If it is a buy it now item there will be a buy it now price and button in the description.  Some items are auction only and will not have a buy it now price.  We cannot sell those items before they end.

Q. How quickly do I have to pay for this item after purchase?
A. We prefer immediate payment but allow up to 10 days before a non paying bidder alert is filed.  If you require more time please ask us before you make the purchase.  If we have not received the payment or contact from you within 10 days of the item purchase we reserve the right to sell the item to someone else.

Returns / Warranty

Q. Does this item have a warranty?
A. Warranty terms are listed in each item description.  If the item is a clearance item and does not have a warranty it will also say this in the description.

Q. Where do I send my return?
A. Any return must be sent back to our address that is on the invoice supplied with the goods.

Q. How do I send my returns?
A. All returns are sent at your responsibility.  Please use a registered service so your item cannot go missing.  Please pack the item so it will not be damaged.  We do not accept responsibility for any item that is lost or damaged by your freight carrier.  Please include a copy of the original receipt and contact details in case we need to contact you.

Q. My item is faulty during the warranty period, what do I have to do?
A. Please contact us and we will give you the return details.  Shipping back to us will be at your expense.  We will then return the item to the supplier for repair or exchange and will then ship the item back to you.  We will not pay any labor charges due to warranty claims.  If you want to recover any of these costs incurred you can take it up through legal channels with the manufacturer of the item.
