The raw materials needed are some balsawood(from a model airplane store or hobby shop),brass or copper wire,spray paint,plastic sheet for the lip,split rings and treble hooks. You need very little in the way of tools. A sharp knife,hacksaw blade and fine sand paper are the basics.
