Presented here for consideration is a MAGNIFICENT Maling Peony Rose Coffee Pot in the stunning and ever popular cobalt blue colour-way.

It has the black stamped under glaze maker’s mark of the style that was introduced in 1929. Printed by hand in black ink is the pattern number “6504”.

Dimensions

This large and spectacular vase measures in at a mighty 20 cm (8”) tall and it measures 22.5 cm (9”) across the top from the outer edge of the handle to the lip of the spout.

Condition

It is in EXECLLENT condition; the colour is strong and vibrant and there are no chips, cracks or repairs. It does exhibit just a HINT of crazing – and I mean just a hint.

This magnificent coffee pot really is an awesome piece. This is the first time Rose I have ever had the privilege of offering one of these. It is not only a pattern that is very popular, it is a colour-way that is the most popular.
