Mamiya 100mm f3.5 lens for Super 23 & press & universal

Up for auction is a 100mm f3.5 lens for the Mamiya Super 23, Press and Universal cameras.

Low starting price and no reserve

This lens is specifically suited to the Mamiya Super 23 body I also have up for auction, as it has the retractable function allowing the rear movements on the camera body to be used.

It is in used condition which I hope is clearly evident from the photographs. The shutter sounds good to my ear at all speeds and most importantly the slow speeds of 1/2 and 1 second are good and don't drag.

Considering the general signs of usage on the body of the lens, the glass is in really wonderful condition, there are no scratches, cleaning marks, haze or fungus.

The focusing mechanism is smooth

One thing to mention is the shutter open lever - the shutter must be cocked and it doesn't open the blades all the way. I have shown this in the 7th photograph, using the Bulb setting works just fine instead. Also there is a very small dent in the filter ring but it doesn't affect the filter screwing on and off.

It comes with a Kenko skylight filter, which does have some slight rub marks on the front, nothing major though and front and rear lens caps
