Teach Yourself Bluegrass Mandolin by Andy Statman with all tunes CD. 64 pages Blugrass mando from beginner to advanced.
Mandolin Blues Tutorial with CD of blues scales and tunes by Rich Delgrosso - 80 pages

All in excellent condtion and most only played 2-3 times.  Kaufman Book is the best I could find for learning Celtic style mando and very easy to follow.  Please see other reviews on the net.
