All products sold by ARB Games are brand new – the type of packaging that each product comes in is advised in each the item description.

All payments must be received within 10 days of purchase date or a non-payment dispute will be raised.

Postage & Handling Charges:

Registered Post is mandatory for all parcels exceeding $50.00 in value being sent within Australia.

International insured airmail is mandatory for all parcels exceeding $20.00 AUD in value.

ARB Games will not be held responsible for any items misplaced by Australia Post or any other postal authority. All orders are generally despatched within 2-5 business days of confirmed receipt of your payment.

Local Pickup is available for a minimal fee of $3.00, which helps cover the costs incurred for this service.  Please contact me to arrange a suitable place and time.   Please note that pickups are not available from my residence due to security reasons.

Combined postage & handling costs are available - generally, combined postage and handling costs for multiple purchases can be calculated as follows:

Use the highest individual postage & handling charge as your base cost.

Then add $2.00 for each additional item being sent in the same parcel.

However, combined purchases of larger items such as jigsaw puzzles will attract slightly higher combined charges.
