I am selling an awesome Marshall Vintage Modern 425A cabinet which is in absolutely pristine condition and only three months old. The amp has been sitting in my hall and has hardly been used except for the occasional rehearsal. This amp would be a perfect cabinet to accompany a vintage or classic rock type of head. It comes with 4x12 Celestion G12C Greenback speakers which break up very nicely when overdriven. The cab is also very warm sounding and can add that great classic rock crunch to your tone. It is not however a cab suited for heavy metal type tones. According to the Marshall website, these cabs were initially developed as an accompanying cab to the Jimi Hendrix head. But recently even artists like Slash from Velvet Revolver have adopted this cab on their tour.

Like all Marshall cabinets, this cab is built sturdy like a tank and the whells are heavy duty ones which won't break off. The amp vinly is also a cool dark purple in color which looks great under lights. The only reason why I am selling this cab is to raise money to by a heavier sounding amplifier and cabinet. I've recently started a heavier band and the classic rock tones do not work in ths band. I have taken excellent care of this cab and would be happy to see it go to and owner who would have great use.
