Complaints & Returns	Contact first by E-mail or phone with the reason WHY?, this must be within 7 days of receiving the goods, I will give a full refund on all goods sent by my mistake or not as described, I will also receive return goods if not damage from the buyer after purchase for their reason that the goods are not required, less a charge of 10% of the purchased price, and also that all return postage is paid by the purchaser.
