"Asshur" was reborn from the 'Sheena' sculpt by Margriet Geerlings
Asshur began his little life as a Sheena sculpt by Master Artist Margriet Geerlings. He is a LIMITED EDITION. 148/350 worldwide. He comes with his certificate of Authenticity. He has been painstakingly painted with Genesis Heat set paints and then baked each layer in the oven to 'cure' the colour so it will not fade or discolour over time. He has been given little birth marks and scratches just like a newborn. He is very realistic and care must be used when holding him as his little head and body are floppy just like a new babies. He is not a childs plaything but rather a collectors item. His little nose is opened so he is a little breather. He is simply gorgeous to hold and cuddle.
"Asshur" is a truly beautiful baby boy. I don't think I have seen a 'Sheena' mould here before so he is unique. He is so realistic that he appears to look deep into your soul with those baby blue eyes. To achieve his colouring, many hours of work have been put in to give him that new 2 week old look. He is so life-like. I have given him Premium Baby Brown Mohair. It is curly. It suits him. Yes, some babies do have curly hair at birth, my own son did and still has the wildest curly hair now! I have given him little wet patches near his mouth and along his opened eyelids. His little nose has been opened, He is now a little breather. His hair has been sealed with waterproof sealer so his new Mummy can dampen and style as she wishes. Each little crease and dimple, each little finger and toenail have all been shaded and painted for realism. He has been sealed all-over with a Matt finish so he won't go shiny or fade over time. He is the most beautiful baby boy. Are you his new Mummy?
