Matchbox 1/76 scale A-34 mk-1 comet (non chinese type)

Up for sale is an original matchbox model "3 colour" kit. (This and a handfull of other purple series kits are the last of my "spare kits" from my hoarded collection! This kit was not made in 1973 (but later,around 1979 or later)by lesney products & co LTD, London England. It has'nt the classic clear plastic window on the back side of the box which was the standard packaging between 1973-1979 approximately.The artwork on thease kits are wonderful,not to mention the good quality of the kit itself(which includes a great diorama..see pic 2 ). This is from the "purple" series of 1/76 scale kits as is kit no.PK-72.

The condition of the box is excellent. On a scale of 1-5...perhaps a  5.......View pictures 1+2. The second picture is of the back of the kit displaying the dioramma and model in its unpainted form  for this kit,and a view diorama which come with all kits of this high quality "non chinese copy" version.

***Be warned!!!**** There are patheticly cheap and disgracful chinese imitation copies of thease kits for sale constantly on e-bay ,that are  shamefully attempted to be sold as "OLD AND RARE" or "still in box!" (what else would they be ?) but are actually churned out by the 1000s for the chinese market,with the instuction sheet in chinese only (which is'nt fit for use as toilet paper) and the quality of the plastic (its like soft ,bendy,waxie and full of excess blobs from the over used molding casts) parts are much inferior to that of the English or later "revell germany" standards of production. But to be fair they are sold  cheaper,(at times).  STILL.. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR SHAMEFUL RETORT!!                  Postage costs: within australia $5.00 up to 250grams which is up tp 2 kits or so...(usually)
