Payment, Postage and Returns

Postage and Packaging cost to anywhere in Australia and worldwide is the same. I will combine shipping if you win multiple items within a 7 day period. The combined postage is calculated as follows: full postage is charged for the item with the highest postage cost and then half postage is added for each additional item.

Australian Bidders: Payment by direct bank deposit is preferable, although money order, bank cheque and personal cheque are acceptable, PayPal is also available.

Non-Australian Bidders: Payment should only be made using PayPal, all major credit cards can be accepted. Please note, I CAN NOT accept overseas cheques or money orders.

Payment Terms: The payment is expected within 7 days of winning the item, unless otherwise arranged or you wish to combine purchases. I will send you confirmation via email once your payment is received.

Shipping: Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the payment (usually sent the next day) and I will always email to advise once your package is on its way. All items are shipped from Moscow, Russia via Registered Air Mail unless otherwise stated. Your signature will be required when receiving the item. The approximate delivery times based on the customer feedback are the following:

Australia and NZ: 2 - 4 weeks
US and Canada: 2 - 3 weeks
Europe (except UK): 2 - 4 weeks
UK: 2 - 3 weeks

Returns & Refunds: I will cheerfully (and most apologetically) offer a full refund or replacement if the item you receive is faulty or different than described - but not if you misread the listing, or if you simply changed your mind.
