Payment

Ø      All reserve prices quoted on Ebay are non-negotiable

Ø      Payment must be made in full within 7 days of auction completion unless arranged otherwise prior to the completion of the auction

Ø      Items remaining unpaid after 7 days of the auction being completed will be relisted and negative feedback left to the user.

Ø      Fine Edge Golf Equipment Pty Ltd does not supply wholesale goods, so we ask that any goods purchased are not sold in a retail business and are for private use only.

Ø      Shipping charges are valid for Australia only. Prices quoted will not change depending on location. International freight is strictly not available

Ø      Payment Methods Accepted: Paypal, Bank Deposit, Credit Card over the phone, Pick Up from item location

Ø      Bank Deposit details will be provided to auction winners upon request

Ø      Bank Deposit may take up to 3 business days to process into our account and thus item will not be sent until payment has been cleared

Postage

Fine Edge Golf reserves the right to use freight services deemed suitable for any given item

Ø      Item will not be sent until fully paid for, including freight costs

Ø      Contact must be made or payment received within 3 days of auction being completed

Ø      All goods will be dispatched within 3 business days of receiving full payment

Ø      Postage/freight can take between 2-7 further business days depending on location of buyer, please note that parcel post does take longer than normal mail post due to the items size and weight

Ø      Tracking numbers can only be provided if registered post is requested by the buyer for an additional $3 extra on top of the already designated postage charges. Any goods to the value of $50 will include registered post automatically

Ø      International freight is strictly not available

Ø      Please contact us before using the item if there are any issues with the condition of the item

Ø      By using the item the buyer acknowledges that they are satisfied with the product. Following use refunds and or replacements will not be possible

Ø      Items marked as new will be covered under the Fine Edge Golf Warranty Policy of 6 months

Ø      Items marked as used or shop soiled will not be covered under this warranty
