We accept the following payment methods: Direct Bank Deposit, Cash (Cash accepted for pick ups only), PayPal Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Cheque/Money Order (AUSTRALIA ONLY). 

If paying via Direct Deposit, please add your Ebay user name so we can track your payment.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DELAYS AND WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE NOT FOLLOWED OUR INSTRUCTIONS. 

 If paying by cheque, item(s) will not be sent until funds have been cleared.

We do NOT offer a COD service.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

PayPal  is the ONLY method of payment we accept from INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.

ALSO, INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST BE VERIFIED.

All prices are final and include GST. There will be no hidden taxes for Australian buyers.

Shipping/Returns

All items will be shipped by the method we select to suit your location. These methods include Australia Post, TNT Road Express and Couriers Please. The carrier used is completely our decision and is not negotiable.*  However, if due to extenuating circumstances, you need to make other delivery arrangements, please contact us PRIOR to your purchase ONLY and we will ascertain whether we are able to meet your special requirements – NO GUARANTEES – WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-ASSESS OUR DECISION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

You can also choose to collect items directly from our premises. We will do our best where possible, to have items dispatched within 48 hours of  payment (cleared payment).

If there is any special delay we will be in contact with you.

We will accept any returned item within 30 days. Any item returned must not have been used and MUST be in original condition. We will NOT accept responsibility for any damaged goods or items which are not as they were described.  PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS WILL AFFECT OUR DECISION TO REFUND YOUR PAYMENT.
