Shipping & Handling Policy

We ship all items via Australia POST or Couiers Please.

Estimated carrier shipping time does not include our order processing time.

Failed deliveries by reason of customer\'s absence at requested shipping address, or bad address, will result in a surcharge if reshipped.

Failed deliveries will not qualify for a full refund.

Deliveries are made between 9am to 5pm only. No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.

Items are usually shipped on the same or next business day of payment clearance.
