GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Ask questions if unsure, please allow 24 hours for a response due to other commitments.
• Winning bidder will receive confirmation email with auction win and payment details within 24 hours.
• Multiple auctions will be combined to save on postage, please do not combine auctions and make payment until combined invoice send payment details have been received.
• Winning bidder to make payment within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made, otherwise Non paying bidder alert will be lodged with ebay.
• Winning bidder to include user ID as reference with payment and confirmation email to be sent after payment, with payment details. ie( type of payment, amount paid, reference used and confirmation postal address) 
• Positive feedback will be left for all completed transactions and we ask you do the same.

Shipping

• Items are usually shipped within 12-24 Hours of payment confirmation
• All items are sent via Australia Post only, No pickups.
• No responsibility is held for items becoming lost or damaged during shipping.
• Registered post is available at extra cost, is recommended but optional.

Refund & Returns Policy

• We only give refunds in exceptional circumstances ie: if there is something wrong with the item or if it has not been described correctly.
• If there is a problem the complaint  is to be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.
• If a return is accepted the item must be returned within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage and to ensure the item is packed for suitable return with all tags attached.
• It is at the sellers discression to send either a replacement or offer a refund on the item.
• Refunds will only be made via electronic funds transfer.
