Meccano Compatible MARKLIN Parts- Roller Bearing -Lot E

Up for auction are some 6 Lots which come from the Special Edition Marklin Steam Shovel  Set 10900 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS

This was a  special set produced by Marklin a few years ago. Unfortunately it only made one model and was quite expensive.

These parts are all unused. They are - in general - completely compatible with Meccano - hole size etc.

However, the screw threads are different - probably metric. Nevertheless they can be easily used to build in Meccano

The colours are similar to the 1960's light Red and Light Green and 1970's blue. The finish is good but a little more satin than gloss.

Some of the parts were unique to this set.

I have tried to be accurate with the count but I won't guarantee 100% my count is dead accurate!!

The actual Bearing consists of Two 6 1/2" Circular bossed platesSeparated by a "cage"" which houses 16 Loose Ball bearings.

Instructions from the manual are included.

A very interesting item!!
