This auction comprises of TWO Medela sets plus extras. This is all you need to purchase to be able to double pump using a hired Medela Symphony Breast Pump and/or manually single pump.

The first one is as pictured.  It is a Lactaset.  This means you can manually express your milk with this set. You can also use the set to attach to a breast pump such as the Medela Symphony (the tubing is provided so you are ready to go.) It also comes with a lid set (not pictured).

The second one is not pictured but is identical to the above minus the manual pump part and the stand. It is a Single Pump Set for the Symphony Electric Breast Pump.

Each set comes with a membrane (so that you can use them with the Medela Symphony for double pumping)
