Any bid constitutes an agreement that the bidder will adhere to all terms and conditions as set on this page. Furthermore, the winning bidder enters into a legally binding contract with the seller, whereupon the winning bidder is obliged to tender payment to the seller in accordance with the seller's terms and conditions.

All purchases MUST be paid for within 3 days of the purchase date. If payment not received within 3 days we will cancel the order and report it to EBAY.

National Office Solutions adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the items details is unintentional.

Returns

Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 7 day refund policy only if the item was substantially not as described in the auction or is completely dead on arrival. Minor variations in model, colour, and specification are not reason for a refund.

Buyer must return the item within 7 days of receiving the item/s in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping.

Refund provided at our discretion within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.

Delivery (if applicable)

We will dispatch within 24 hours after full payment is received. The item will be delivered straight to your door.

It is not possible to guarantee the exact time for the goods will arrive as this is a courier service.

If there is no one home the courier will not leave the item unattended.

An additional delivery fee will be charged for the courier to come back.

Please supply an address where there will be some one there from 9-5pm Mon-Fri.

No weekend deliveries.

Please no PO Boxes.

Please allow up to 10-12 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days) and same day local delivery can be organised at an additional charge.
